A unique coffee table made of a pink marble, typical to the area around Verona, in north of Italy. Pink stones have been used for centuries in the mountains north of Verona as a cheap building material.
The mountain region north of Verona, called Lessinia is home to unique vernacular stone architecture made out of pink marble slabs. Lastà takes reference from this vernacular stone architecture and comprises of two slabs that serve as base penetrating the table top in the form of a characteristic joint.
The Làsta is developed in close collaboration with local Italian artisans.
